How It Works
When you call 911 from a mobile phone, the call-takers will only have your phone number and the general area from which you’re calling. With Smart911, your Safety Profile will display on the screen of the call-taker, giving them all the pertinent information they need to help you.
Your Safety Profile
You can save as much or as little information as you’d like, but you’re able to save the following information to your Safety Profile:

➤ Phone numbers of those in your family
➤ Emergency contacts
➤ Vehicle descriptions
➤ Medical conditions and allergies
➤ Medications and medical equipment
➤ Property details and layout
➤ Pets, service animals, and livestock
Smart911 is a national service, so your Safety Profile will be visible to any participating 911 center nation-wide.
