The Tangipahoa Communications District #1 is unique - we are the single Emergency Communications Center (ECC) for both our parish and neighboring St. Helena Parish.
In addition to answering emergency calls, we manage addressing and street names for the cities of Tickfaw, Independence, Roseland, and Tangipahoa, as well as other rural areas of Tangipahoa Parish.
